Product Introduction
Our high-precision PCB boards are specially designed and manufactured for the automotive industry, using FR4 TG150 material, with an 8-layer rigid structure and a board thickness of 1.9mm±0.19mm. The products meet TS16949 certification standards and are on the supplier list of world-renowned automobile manufacturers such as Toyota. We not only provide UL, ISO9001, ISO14000, IATF and high-tech certifications, but also ensure that our products meet environmental protection requirements. The surface treatment adopts ENEPIG technology, which is an electroless nickel plating/electroless palladium plating/immersion gold process, which not only protects the copper layer from oxidation and corrosion, but also provides excellent performance for the solderability of the copper layer. This surface treatment technology is suitable for welding, aluminum wire bonding and gold wire bonding. It can effectively prevent the dissolution of copper during the welding process and ensure fine welding quality. Product parameters include a minimum mechanical aperture of 0.25mm, a minimum line width/space of 0.1mm/0.1mm (i.e. 4mil/4mil), a board size of 145.21mm × 164.12mm, and a minimum gap of 0.25mm from the inner layer to the through-hole copper, which meets the requirements of high-end automobiles Electronics’ precision and performance requirements for PCBs.
